Here is the bottom line...
Without Volunteers a campaign will go nowhere. You can have the most money and the best ideas but without the backing of good people you are doomed to failure.
So...
I need people who can help me get my word out!
Here is what I need:
~Website Developers~
I need people to help maintain and keep my web page and Facebook up to date.
~"Block Walkers"~
I need people to get the word out. Tell your friends and neighbors about me. I'm just a normal guy who wants to help fix the problems we have in our area and I need to get the word out!
Local Venues for speaking- I cant get my plans out and in motion if no one knows what I want to do. Events, meetings, protests etc. are great places for me to show people what I believe in and what I can do.
~Donors~
No campaign can function without donors. I don't plan on running a flashy campaign but I do need some funds to keep going. The bottom line is it costs money to run for office and though I am taking a firm stance on not blowing hundreds of thousands of dollars to win, I still need the funds to get to point B.
~PR People~
I need people who can talk to the media when I'm not around. I need people to blog about me, to talk about why they think I can do this job. Public relations is the key to any good campaign.
